Peania (Athens)

INTRACOM TELECOM's headquarters are located in Peania, Attica, roughly 20 kilometers (12 miles) from Athens centre, covering a total area of more than 50,000 square metres. The facilities comprise several blocks of buildings and house the company's headquarters, telecommunications R&D laboratories, personnel offices, central storehouse, production lines, and main technical support centre.

Patras (North West Peloponnese, Soutwest Greece)

INTRACOM TELECOM's facilities in Patras (Southwest Greece) house the offices of Telecommunications Software Development, Terminal Equipment Design, Development Programmes, and Support Services divisions.

Along with advanced mobile and fixed-line telephone software development, INTRACOM TELECOM's branch in Patras is engaged in VLSI microchip design, digital signal processing, and Internet and wireless Internet technology development. The branch has developed close ties with the University of Patras to conduct joint research and development programmes.

Thessaloniki (North Greece)

INTRACOM TELECOM's facilities in Thessaloniki house the offices of the Technical Support and AXE Software Development departments.

The Technical Support department offers a helpdesk, technical support, maintenance, repair, and consulting services to INTRACOM TELECOM's customers in Northern Greece.

The AXE S/W Development department, in cooperation with the Swedish company Ericsson, is engaged in near-shore telecommunications software development for the subscriber stage of the Ericsson AXE-10 Digital Exchanges.
