Intracom Bulgaria, established in 1995, focuses on 
the design and delivery of technology and turn-key projects in the field of telecommunications, such as mobile networks, data networks, IT, infrastructure and building management solutions. It also participates in system integration and software projects for the banking and finance sector. Intracom Bulgaria provides training and support services ensuring the perfect and efficient operation of the delivered applications. Intracom Bulgaria is a subsidiary of Intracom Telecom, a global telecommunications systems vendor with over 100 renowned customers in more than 70 countries.
The high-quality products, services and solutions of Intracom Bulgaria, an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 certified company, are widely recognized as the company ensures the high-level of professionalism in business transactions and joint activities. Milestones
- Intracom Bulgaria started its operation in Bulgaria in 1995 by establishing Bulfon, a joint venture company, owned by Intracom Bulgaria and Bulgarian Telecommunication Company (BTC), in order to provide assembly, deployment and maintenance of the so-called "orange" public card-phones.
- In 2001, Intracom Bulgaria launched a turn-key project for Globul, becoming a trustworthy system integrator as regards construction, implementation, deployment and maintenance of the second largest Mobile Operator's network in the country.
- Later, in 2007, Intracom Bulgaria signed a contract for the provision of integrated solutions for control, visualization, analysis, performance and monitoring of the network of both Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) and Vivatel (today Vivacom), the new, third, Mobile Operator in the country at that time.
- In 2008, the company expanded its range of activities in the local financial and retail markets by commencing a series of Data Centers & Disaster Recovery construction projects, as well as complete low-voltage systems implementation and IT solutions integrations, and providing support services to Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank, Piraeus Bank, The Mall (Sofia), EKO Elda and others.
- In October 2013, Intracom Bulgaria implemented a new SAP ERP system replacing outdated applications and optimizing overall employees’ workflow. The expected benefits are operational excellence, financial excellence, and easy handling of a variety of crucial enterprise management issues. The SAP ERP was financed by the EU in the framework of the Operational Program “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007-2013. The amount financed by the EU is 143 699.25 BGN.
