Firmware Updates jetSpeed 500/500i

Important note

Before attempting any jetSpeed firmware upgrade, please read carefully the following:
For any successful software upgrade, the jetSpeed has to reset to its factory default configuration. Open the embedded jetSpeed webserver and from the "System" menu select the "Default Config" option.

Upgrade procedure

Starting from firmware version 8, jetSpeed 500/500i USB drivers have changed to RNDIS version.
If you are planning to upgrade your USB-connected modem to the latest firmware version, please upgrade the new USB drivers as well.

For Users who have already upgraded the jetSpeed factory-loaded firmware to versions 8.2.3.0 (jetSpeed 500) or to 8.2.6.1 (jetSpeed 500i), please download the latest firmware from the table below:
