Intracom Telecom Receives Genesys Partner Award for South East Europe

Athens, Greece - October 02 2012 - Intracom Telecom, a global telecommunications systems vendor, announced its awarding of Genesys' "Best SEE Partner 2011" for the wider region of South East Europe, at the Genesys G-Force customer and partner conference in Barcelona, Spain, on 12-13 September 2012.

Within the framework of the awarded prize and for several years in a row, Genesys has recognized the successful long-term collaboration with Intracom Telecom and the potential for mutual growth, as the two companies are committed to delivering state-of-the-art Customer Care solutions in the South East Europe region.
