INTRACOM TELECOM delivers a € 1.8 million project for Polkomtel, Poland
Warsaw, Poland - INTRACOM TELECOM has undertaken and successfully delivered a Network Management project to POLKOMTEL (PlusGSM, Mobile Telecommunications Company in Poland). The €1.8 million worth project includes the extension of the existing Signaling Monitoring System for SS7, the management of the GPRS network, as well as, the equivalent support and maintenance services .
Within the framework of the agreement, apart from hardware and software, INTRACOM TELECOM has provided associated professional services including installation, configuration, training, in addition to the equivalent support and maintenance services.
INTRACOM TELECOM's provisioning is based on acceSS7 System, Solution developed by Agilent Technologies. This solution will enable Polkomtel to have prompt and efficient supervision of the entire SS7 network protocol and manage the GPRS network by retrieving valuable information for the rendered services in order to ensure a high quality of service level offered to their customers.
