INTRASOFT International, a member of the INTRACOM Group, has recently undertaken the implementation of an integrated mySAP ERP solution to Fotomatic S.A. Fotomatic, with a 2004 annual turnover of €21 mil, is the official distributor of OLYMPUS, LEXAR and DURACELL digital cameras and photography equipment in the Greek Market.
The implementation will be based on the pre-configured mySAP ERP solution developed by INTRASOFT International for Small and Medium Sized Businesses. The preconfigured template incorporates SAP Best Business Practices, thus ensuring a fast and a cost-effective implementation. mySAP ERP will replace Fotomatic's legacy systems and applications, providing business and process integration across company departments and ensuring the availability of accurate and real-time information. Moreover, the adoption of the integrated and expandable SAP enterprise applications platform, guarantees further evolution of the system to cover Fotomatic future business needs and support its continuous growth.
INTRASOFT International, a certified SAP Service Partner and SAP Value Added Reseller (SAP Business Partner) in the Greek market, will provide Fotomatic with a turnkey solution, comprising mySAP ERP licenses as well as the implementation of the following modules: Financial Management, Administrative Accounting, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Service Management, as well as the development of an interface with a 3rd party e-shop application. The new system will be fully operational in January 2006.
