22,4 M Euro SAP-systems framework contract awarded to a consortium with INTRASOFT International

The European Commission DG BUDGET awarded to an INTRASOFT International consortium a 22,4 M Euro framework contract to maintain and further develop its accounting, financial and budgetary SAP-based applications.

The services requested cover the different types of activities related to information projects in the area of accounting and finance including analysis, development, maintenance and administration of the production environment, all in the context of a SAP environment.

The consortium will further develop the Commission's accounting systems based on SAP taking into accounts all important and evolutionary changes in the financial regulations of the European Commission. The offered services will also be available to other Directorate-Generals and Services of the European Commission.

The consortium also includes Siemens Business Services, AtosOrigin, and Trasys. The project started in January 2005 and confirms the capability of INTRASOFT International in the provision of SAP services.
