Tirana, 09 December 2009, - INTRACOM Telecom Albania, a subsidiary of INTRACOM TELECOM, announced today the awarding of full scholarships to Albanian students for graduate education at the Athens Information Technology College (AIT), an international educational and research college in Greece.
The Intracom Telecom Albania Scholarship Program for Albanian Citizens will be given for the 2010-2011 Masters Degree program MSc in Information Networking (MSIN) and will run for 16 months covering fees and insurance for the entire duration of the program. The MSIN diploma is granted directly from Carnegie Mellon University.
The Masters programs that AIT offers, aim at specializing students in the latest technological developments and best managerial practices in the ICT sector. This selective program targets Electrical Engineering and Computer Science graduates. MSIN students acquire the necessary skills to pursue leadership, technical, and management positions in a variety of sectors and industries.
Athens Information Technology (AIT), which operates in collaboration with the world renowned American University Carnegie Mellon, is an internationally-renowned education and research college in the fields of information technology, telecommunications and innovation management.
